Our Quality Control is a continous process & the focus is maintained by Qualified Engineers. Raw material is tested for Chemical Compostion, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Thickness and Tolerance. Products are tested hydraulically to ensure that there is no leakage in the pipe.
Galvanized pipes are tested for the uniformity of the Zinc coating. Each pipe again undergoes visual checking for proper finishing & straightness.
